Launched in 2020, Clearing for Results Phase IV has been the flagship platform supporting the Royal Government of Cambodia’s national goal of becoming mine-free by 2030. The project builds on three previous phases (2006–2019) and continues the shift from purely humanitarian demining to mine action for human development — ensuring that cleared land contributes directly to poverty reduction, agricultural growth, and local resilience.
