The report both recognizes and provide the enormous opportunity to leverage the interlinkages between NAP, SDG and National Key Result Areas of the 12^th Five- year plan for allowing for greater resource and implementation efficiency. This can enable Bhutan to harmonize addressing SDGs, NKRAs (development, disasters, etc.) with activities designed to address adaptation in a country-driven manner to facilitate multiple co-benefits and synergies.
