Handbook “Fishing by the rules” is the first publication in Belarus, which understandably explains fishing legislation for amateurs. It is prepared specially for fishermen and can be downloaded for free.

The number of fishermen increases from year to year in Belarus. Still Belarusian fishing legislation is rather complicated, and everyone who infringes it is considered to be a poacher. The task of handbook preparation is to explain fishermen their rights and responsibility and to draw their attention to rare fish species.
