The team behind the SCALA Programme in Argentina, implemented by UNDP, participated in the 2026 Congress of the Argentine No-Till Farmers Association (AAPRESID). Every year, the event brings together national and international agricultural leaders to discuss and place future-oriented issues on the agenda, connecting science and production to transform the way food is produced. The Congress took place on August 4, 5, and 6 in the city of Rosario, Santa Fe.

The panel was held as a conversation where some of the results of the SCALA Programme (FAO-UNDP) were presented, with special focus on strengthening agricultural adaptation plans and promoting low-carbon models. At the beginning of the panel, the project's main guidelines and the objectives of its work in Argentina, led by UNDP, were presented, offering a strategic perspective on resilience, sustainability, and the transformation of agricultural production systems worldwide.
