Knowledge as a Driver to Promote Development

Following the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the challenges to advancing the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals have intensified, and achieving the 2030 Agenda now faces multiple obstacles. However, a historic opportunity has also emerged to reflect on our present and rethink the future we want to build, creating a window to drive innovation in local policies related to recovery.

Human Development in Argentina

Since 2001, UNDP Argentina has produced knowledge products for development from a human/sustainable perspective, through a multidimensional approach, studying the challenges and potential required to achieve greater social inclusion, sustainable economic growth, and an effective environmental balance for the country.

Objective of the Area

To promote policies aimed at the effective implementation of the 2030 Agenda, providing solutions to persistent inequalities and offering tangible options for the lives of Argentinians, while encouraging a diverse and plural exchange of ideas and proposals for the future of Argentina.
