This publication presents the results of the Regional Programme on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 2 (ReLOaD2) in Albania. It highlights how the programme strengthened partnerships between local governments and civil society, promoted transparency in public funding for CSOs, and fostered youth participation and civic activism. Through enhanced collaboration and capacity building, ReLOaD2 contributed to more inclusive decision-making, improved service delivery, and sustainable community development aligned with local priorities.
