This booklet showcases the tangible results of the Growing with Your Business (GyB) programme implemented in Lushnjë between November 2024 and May 2025, where 12 local enterprises underwent a comprehensive transformation process through consultancy, training, investment support, and market access.

Through over 100 hours of one-to-one business mentoring and tailored training, participating businesses achieved measurable growth: an average 20% increase in sales, expansion of their customer base by up to 40%, and a 21% improvement in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Employment also rose by 19%, with women representing 40% of the workforce. Businesses demonstrated strong ownership by investing over EUR 200,000 of their own funds, nearly four times the grants received.

This booklet highlights real business performance: how enterprises enhanced their operations, improved product quality, increased their commercial image, entered new fairs and B2B networks (AgroDays 2025 in Lushnjë and Macfrut 2025 in Rimini, Italy, to mention a few), and positioned themselves for long-term growth. It is a direct reflection of the impact that structured, hands-on support can generate on the ground.
