The catalogue “Best practices in the provision of social services” is prepared by UNDP in the context of the United Nations Joint Programme “Leave No One Behind” (LNB), Phase II, funded by the Swiss Government and implemented in close cooperation with the Government of Albania. The catalogue presents inclusive social service practices that have been successfully tested and implemented in the programme’s partner municipalities. These practices are intended to serve as reference models for the improvement, expansion, and replication of social services across other municipalities.
