The key objective of this project is to improve and enhance collection, analysis, utilisation and management of health and HRH (human resource for health) data with the use of digital technologies for better service delivery and decision making, strengthen health promotion and early detection and diagnosis of common illness while achieving beneficiaries' behavioural change for optimal health and seek to establish a referral linkage from health check-ups in community to innovative diagnostics in collaboration with private sector to maximise the impact based on comparative advantages.
