Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and UNDP’s ‘Enhancing Returnee Migrant Workers’ programme" funded by the European Union's 'Dachyata' programme under The British Council in Nepal oriented 1612 returnee migrants in Madhesh and Lumbini Province. This factsheet is based on the tracer study conducted by the programme to assess the status of the migrant workers and found that out of 1551 returnee migrants who participated in the test/assesment conducted by National Skills Assesment Committe, 1394 (90%) passed the assessment and 70% of them are engaged in different occupations.
