Between August and September 2025, the Climate Resilient Livelihoods Project continued to strengthen climate-smart agriculture and inclusive irrigation management across the 15 operational districts in Manicaland, Masvingo, and Matabeleland South.

More than 20,000 farmers participated in Open Learning Days, gaining hands-on exposure to soil and water conservation, post-harvest technologies, and climate services. Private sector dialogues linked 16 irrigation schemes to markets, financiers, and technology providers, resulting
in new contracts, seed supply agreements, and financial inclusion opportunities.
