Through a Green Climate Fund (GCF) grant, the SCRALA project is implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture with support from its responsible parties, including the Zambia Meteorological Department (ZMD), the Water Resource Management Agency (WARMA), World Food Programme (WFP) and the Food Agriculture Organization (FAO), with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as the Accredited Entity.
