Enhancing Youth Health Through Governance and Policy for NCD and Mental Health Prevention Project

Zambia faces a growing burden of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and rising mental health challenges, particularly among adolescents and youth aged 10–29. The Health4Life (H4LF) project is a national response aimed at reducing exposure to NCD risk factors including tobacco use, alcohol misuse, unhealthy diets, and physical inactivity while strengthening youth-focused mental health service delivery.
