This report contains a clear identification of goals, targets, indicators, analysis of goal development and trends, indicative costing, as well as an overview of
the challenges and supporting programmes and policies. It clearly demonstrates the agenda of the Yemeni government and its development partners
for combating poverty and creating enabling environment for job opportunities, thus contributing to improvement of economic, social and political
conditions of population at large.

The progress report will serve as a reference for monitoring and evaluation
of the progress made in the path of achieving the goals and policies contained in the PRS.
