My Idea is the Future: Digital Solutions Competition Among Young People starts

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye organize “My Idea is the Future: Digital Solutions Competition Among Young People” as part of the European Union funded Today's Youth, Future Jobs project.

The competition encourages young people to develop creative solutions to local problems and to develop digital solution proposals that will highlight the role of the Digital Youth Centers established within the project in local capacity development and include innovative management models for the centers. 

While developing projects that add value to society and the economy, it is also aimed to create projects that will contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals and have a long-term impact.

Young people aged 15-18 and 19-29 can apply to the competition. Young people between the ages of 15-18 are expected to develop innovative and equitable digital solutions in the field of Digital Youth Centers and education, while young people between the ages of 19-29 are expected to produce digital projects applicable to Digital Youth Centers as well as municipalities and businesses.

You can apply to the competition as an individual or as a team of up to 5 people. During the application process, teams led by women and/or teams with balanced female-male representation will be prioritized.
