International conference for transformation in industry through women's power on 18–19 September in Istanbul!

The Developing Women Empowerment Models in Manufacturing Industry Project, carried out in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Turkish Confederation of Employer Associations (TİSK) and the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye and funded by the European Union, will host an international conference titled "Women’s Empowerment in Industry: Breaking Barriers, Building Futures". The conference will serve as an important meeting point to share best practices for increasing women's employment in the manufacturing industry and to develop new partnerships. 

Over the course of two days, policymakers, business representatives, academics and participants from civil society organisations will discuss feasible solutions for inclusive green and digital (twin) transformation. Strategic recommendations for integrating models developed under the project into industrial policies will also be addressed.
