UNDP Thailand Annual Report 2025

April 15, 2026

In 2025, Thailand advanced sustainable development in a shifting global landscape, strengthening resilience, accelerating climate ambition, and deepening inclusion. The country submitted its enhanced NDC 3.0, committing to net-zero emissions by 2050, while expanding sustainable finance through instruments such as sustainability-linked bonds.

Working with government, civil society, and the private sector, UNDP translated these ambitions into action—advancing climate resilience, strengthening nature-positive livelihoods and biodiversity finance, scaling SDG investment, and promoting inclusive policies that expand opportunities for all. Through the Thailand Policy Lab and SDG localisation, national priorities were connected with local action.

This report highlights results delivered together in 2025 across four portfolios: climate action; biodiversity; SDG finance and localisation; and agents of change, demonstrating how partnerships can deliver powerful impact, right now, for people and planet.
