This report presents our collective results in combating AIDS, Tuberculosis and strengthening health systems in 2024 through the Global Fund support in South Sudan.

Through the report, we appreciate the leadership of the Ministry of Health, the oversight of the Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM) and all the implementing partners for the excellent collaboration that made it possible for us to achieve the results in support of the country’s vision.
