Ms Aliona Niculita, Resident Representative The Resident Representative is the most senior official for the MCO. The Resident Representative is ultimately accountable for the quality and sustainability of UNDP interventions in the four programming countries under the purview of the MCO and for also ensuring that the MCO is in full compliance with UNDP policies and procedures.
Mr. Paolo Dalla Stella, Deputy Resident Representative Paolo Dalla Stella serves as Deputy Resident Representative of UNDP's Multi-Country Office for the Cook Islands, Niue, Samoa, and Tokelau. Based in Apia, he provides strategic leadership and oversight for UNDP programmes and operations, fostering partnerships that advance sustainable, inclusive, and resilient development across the Pacific.

Mr. Aussie Simanu, Assistant Resident Representative for Environment & Climate Change Unit (ECCU) Aussie Simanu is the Assistant Resident Representative for the Environment and Climate Change Unit at UNDP's Multi-Country Office for the Cook Islands, Niue, Samoa, and Tokelau.
