Internship Opportunity at the Finance Department at UNDP

The UNDP Finance department is looking for interested candidates to the internship opporunity offered. The following are the responsibilities and minimum requirements:

Generic
• Perform cashiering and treasury tasks,
• Filing of vouchers;
• Reconciliations of VAT and vendors General Ledgers;
• Tracking and inputting accounting information;
• Assisting with day to day tasks and special project;
• Data entry;
• Help with bank statements reconciliation;
• Other Administrative task;
• Ensure the completion of assigned tasks in line with established deadline;
• Any other duties assigned by your supervisor

Eligibility and Selection:

Applicants to the UNDP internship programme must at the time of application meet the following eligibility requirements:
(a) Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
(b) Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree programme (minimum bachelor’s level or equivalent);
(c) Have graduated with a university degree (as defined in (a) and (b) above) and, if selected, must start the internship within         one-year of graduation.
(d) Proof of University enrolment.
(e) Proof of Medical clearance
(f) Proof of Medical Insurance
(g) CV
(h) UNDP internship application form duly filled
