With a strong focus on fragile and crisis-affected settings, Phase V of the Global Programme integrates rule of law, justice, security, human rights, business and human rights, local action, conflict prevention and peacebuilding. Working with national partners, the Global Programme strengthens human rights systems, expands access to justice, enables security sector reform, contributes to conflict prevention, promotes social cohesion and peace through human rights-based and people-centred approaches.
