Expression of Interest
The United Nations Development Programme/ Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP), is pleased to announce this Expression of Interest (EOI) under Sawasya III and in collaboration with the Global Rule of Law Programme-5, to broaden outreach and strengthen engagement with grassroots, and community-based organizations (CBOs) in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip. The Innovation Call focuses on enhancing the rule of law for vulnerable and displaced groups, while promoting community engagement to serve local needs. It supports initiatives addressing access to justice, fair trial standards, rights to property and financial assets, digitization of services, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, social cohesion, and community-based conflict resolution. In addition, the Innovation Call enables small-scale advocacy initiatives focused on specific aspects of human rights and rule of law, and encourages research-centred and innovation-driven initiatives that contribute to building national unity.
