The United Nations Development Programme / Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP), through the Norway–UNDP Strategic Partnership Triple R I / Response – Recovery – Resilience and Institution Building 2025–2027 Project, and in collaboration with the Palestinian Ministry of Telecommunications and Digital Economy (MTDE), invites qualified and eligible companies to submit their technical and financial proposals for the implementation of the services described in this Terms of Reference and the accompanying bidding documents.
