We are pleased to announce the Regional Youth Conference “Neighborhood Talks: Youth Policies for the Future” that will take place on 25-26 October 2023, in Public room, Skopje.  

This two-days conference will unite 50 young local decision-makers from the Western Balkan region on the topic of youth policies and constructive narratives on local level. 

The objective of the event is to create a dialogue and knowledge sharing to strengthen mutual understanding, constructive narrative and respect for diversity at the local level. The participants will jointly identify successful models and initiatives of youth participation in local-level decisionmaking in the region. The event will cover critical topics including an overview of youth participation policies and legal frameworks, sharing best practices, capacity building and skills development, highlighting youth-led initiatives, and generating policy recommendations.
