THE RESULTS OF THE PUBLIC CALL FOR CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE REGIONAL PROGRAMME ON LOCAL DEMOCRACY IN THE WESTERN BALKANS 3 (ReLOaD3)

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is implementing the ReLOaD3 Programme financed by the European Union, through the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance – Civil Society Facility.
The Regional Programme on Local Democracy in the Western Balkans 3 (ReLOaD3) is a continuation of the EU-UNDP partnership and the previously supported initiatives, ReLOaD1 and ReLOaD2, which were implemented between 2017 and 2024.
The ReLOaD3 program will run until January 2029 and aims to strengthen partnerships between local authorities and civil society by creating a more enabling environment for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). This is achieved through support for transparent public funding, a stimulating legal framework, and increased civic participation in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of public policies.
At this stage, in North Macedonia the program includes five municipalities: Aerodrom, Berovo, Kavadarci, Centar, and Štip that conducted a public call for project proposals from Civil Society Organizations.
The results of the call are published on each of the links:
