This report is published under the project "Cybersecurity for a Resilient Digital Future". It consolidates the national evidence available through September 2026 and presents findings, priorities and proposed implementation measures for the energy sector of North Macedonia.
The report is intended for energy-sector decision-makers, operators, competent authorities, development partners and cybersecurity practitioners. It provides a common national baseline, a prioritized implementation agenda and a structured basis for subsequent technical assistance and investment preparation.
Organization-specific security information is excluded. Personal contacts, system identifiers, facility-specific weaknesses and exploitable technical details do not appear in this edition; they remain in controlled national channels.
