Call for Proposals under the EU-funded “EU4Dialogue - Phase II” project

UNDP is pleased to announce a Call for Proposals under the EU-funded “EU4Dialogue - Phase II” project.

The Call aims to support locally led grassroots initiatives in the priority border communities of Ararat region - Ararat consolidated community, Gegharkunik, Syunik, Vayots Dzor and Tavush regions, as well as Shirak region - Akhurik settlement - and Armavir region - Margara settlement.

The initiatives should contribute to conflict transformation by improving the living conditions of conflict-affected populations, strengthening human security and community resilience, supporting post-conflict recovery, and promoting social cohesion.

Eligible civil society organizations, foundations and other non-profit organizations registered in Armenia, with physical presence, demonstrated access and local-level engagement in the target areas, are invited to submit grant proposals.

The thematic priorities of the Call are:
- environment / climate / energy,
- youth, peace and security,
- women’s empowerment,
- disability rights and inclusive infrastructure,
- education, including peace education,
- trauma healing,
- social solidarity,
- inclusive development initiatives
- digital inclusion,
- transport and local connectivity.

Grant amount: USD 23,000–90,000 per project

Maximum implementation period: 16 months

Submission deadline: 03 July 2026, 18:00

Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Each organization may submit only one application. Once submitted, revised versions of proposal documents will not be accepted.
