The UN has been supporting Bangladesh’s 13th National Parliamentary Elections (12 February 2026) since December 2024 at the request of the Election Commission. Through coordinated technical assistance, the support strengthens election administration, promotes inclusive participation, enhances voter education and media integrity, and helps ensure a credible, peaceful, and inclusive electoral process.
