Music from Disney and Oscar films returns to the Tighina (Bender) Fortress

Inspired by music from Disney movies, 50 musicians from both banks of the Nistru will perform the timeless melodies within the walls of the fortress. This will be the 7th concert organised at the Tighina (Bender) fortress with the support of the EU Confidence Building Measures Programme, implemented by UNDP.

On 1 June, Tighina (Bender) Fortress will host the latest in a series of concerts by the Moldovan National Youth Orchestra of Moldova. The programme will feature two parts: Disney music and, by popular demand, music from Oscar-winning movies.

The concert is organised with the financial support of the European Union through the EU Confidence Building Measures Programme, implemented by UNDP. The concert at the Tighina (Bender) Fortress is an opportunity to bring together people from both banks of the Nistru River to participate in joint cultural events.

Tickets can be purchased at the entrance of the fortress or online here. 

Children under 7 years get in free. Access to the fortress will be allowed from 4:30 PM, and the concert begins at 6:00 PM.
