The Standard Basic Assistance Agreement (SBBA) embodies the basic conditions under which the UNDP shall assist the Government in carrying out its development projects, and under which such UNDP projects shall be executed. The SBAA was signed between the Government of Mauritius and UNDP in 1974.
National strategies are defined by the Strategic Partnership Framework 2019-2023, which is adjusted to the National Development Plan to lead to the Country Program Action Plan. (CPAP) for the 2017-2019.
The Country Program is anchored in the Government Programme 2015-2019, “Achieving Meaningful Change” in January 2015 as the main partnership framework of UNDP and the Government of Mauritius.
