What does the future of economic growth and European integration look like when women lead?
On 4–5 May in Budva, Montenegro, regional leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, civil society representatives and international partners will gather for the high-level dialogue Women Leading: Economy, Alliances & the Future of Integration. Together, they will explore how women’s leadership can accelerate economic transformation, strengthen regional cooperation and help shape a more inclusive future for the Western Balkans.
Through discussions on competitiveness, innovation, equality systems, regional networks and intergenerational leadership, the event will highlight why women’s full participation is essential for sustainable growth and stronger societies.
The dialogue is co-hosted by the Ministry of European Affairs of Montenegro and the EU4GenderEquality regional programme, funded by the European Union and jointly implemented by UNDP and UN Women.
