The aim of the study is to analyze the proposed legislative amendments on voting abroad in the context of the 2025 parliamentary elections, assessing their compatibility with constitutional principles, international electoral standards, and the protection of citizens’ fundamental rights, while also examining how partisan interests influence the regulation of diaspora voting.
