The aim of the study is to examine the evolution and current practices of organizing polling stations for Moldovan citizens residing on the left bank of Nistru, with a focus on how decisions balance security, accessibility, and democratic rights and to assess whether the 2025 approach ensures fair participation while addressing long-standing structural and political constraints.
