UNDP ChisiNO WASTE Autumn School currently enrolls participants

UNDP Moldova and Atelier 99 invite students or graduates of ICT Product Design, Decorative Arts or Industrial Engineering faculties to participate at the Autumn School "ChishiNO WASTE" during 23 - 27 October 2017, to generate and test recycling solutions with the help of 3D printing technology.

Given that Moldova recycles 26 times less than European countries on average, with the help of students, ChishiNO WASTE aims to experiment innovative recycling solutions aimed at reducing the irrational use of plastic products.

The objectives of the event are:

  • Create a group of enthusiasts to push innovation in tech and ICT for waste management.
  • Create and prototype a technological solution.
  • Create and test an innovative business model for waste management in urban context
  • Draft proposal for upscaling the innovative solution.

The key selection criteria are: motivation, novelty of the idea, full time involvement in the project, previous experience in volunteering and personal project portfolio.
