The Solutions Radar is an interactive UNDP platform designed to identify, analyze, and amplify innovative solutions emerging from countries across Latin America and the Caribbean. Its objective is to facilitate knowledge-sharing and accelerate the impact and quality of public policy design, implementation, and evaluation processes.

The platform aims to strengthen comprehensive responses in key rule of law areas — including security, justice, and social cohesion — in a context marked by multiple crises and digital transition.

Grounded in a people-centered approach and focused on scaling regional knowledge, the Solutions Radar promotes collaborative processes that integrate the voices, expertise, and experiences of stakeholders across the security and justice ecosystem at national and local levels — including public officials, youth, women, Afro-descendant and Indigenous peoples, academia, civil society, and the private sector.

The platform also integrates (JUSTINE), an AI-powered assistant designed to provide immediate analytical support to technical teams and counterparts. The chatbot supports context analysis, strategic intervention design, and identification of good practices. Integrated into the platform, it helps users navigate complex governance challenges and accelerate solutions aligned with the Global Programme on Rule of Law and Human Rights in Latin America and the Caribbean. Suggested prompts are included to enhance strategic use and evidence-based decision-making.

This product reflects the joint efforts of the Democratic Governance, Gender Equality, Digital Transformation, and Prosperity teams at the UNDP Regional Hub for Latin America and the Caribbean, with special recognition to Country Offices whose daily leadership and proximity to territories make tangible impact possible.
