UNDP and CAF will hold a high-level policy dialogue bringing together leaders from the regional financial sector to discuss the challenges and opportunities for building more inclusive, sustainable, and resilient financial systems.
During the event, specialists and female financial executives will explore the strategic role of female leadership in institutional decision-making, as well as the implementation of the Gender Equality Seal for Financial Institutions (GES-FI) as a key tool to accelerate institutional transformation.
The conversation will emphasize that gender equality is not only a social commitment, but a driver of competitiveness, sustainability, and resilient economic growth in Latin America and the Caribbean. The dialogue will showcase concrete regional experiences, learnings, and best practices that are contributing to strengthen the financial sector's capacity to effectively respond to sustainable development challenges.
