PROJECT OWNER: UNDP Dominican Republic
The SDG Investment Map for the Dominican Republic was developed in collaboration between UNDP and ProDominicana , with the support of MEPyD, ECORED, as well as public, private and civil society institutions. The process included interviews with key stakeholders, multi-sector validation workshops and surveys of more than 50 participants from the public, private, NGO and business sectors.
In the case of the Dominican Republic, this first version of the map includes 19 priority investment areas in 8 essential sectors for the Dominican economy and society. The web portal (https://sdginvestorplatform.undp.org) offers access to the full version of the map and its detailed content, allowing interested parties from various fields to explore the opportunities that promote sustainable development by creating a user on the platform.
