The handbook for Capacity Development in Mine Action was published to capture the wealth of UNDP’s experience of developing capacities in mine action programming and share the best practices and lessons learned with national and international development partners. UNDP Lao PDR believe that Lao translation of this handbook is expected to provide pertinent guidance for the entire UXO/mine action sector in the Lao PDR.
