The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP Lao PDR) is supporting around 20 implementing projects under 4 pillars 1) Inclusive Growth and Reduced Inequalities, 2) UXO clearance and risk education, 3) Natural Resources, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction, 4) Effective, Responsive, and Accountable Governance, in Vientiane capital and other provinces. Each year, UNDP Lao PDR provides consulting services, goods, and civil works to the above projects. UNDP Lao PDR is planning to launch Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the procurement of goods and civil works including Construction and Renovation Works. As a result, we are inviting eligible companies/bidders to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) regarding the provision of the requirements described below.

Areas of Required Services:

• EOI_002_2025 Construction works (Renovation, Rehabilitation, Evaluation Shelters, Wetland Modification, Gravity feed water system, Riverbank Stabilization, Flood Protection .etc.

Based on this EOI result, qualified companies/bidders will be recorded as UNDP potential supplier list, which will be invited for the actual UNDP tenders in the future. 

Submission Requirements: 

Eligible Companies and Suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Company profile with organization chart, type of staff, and any other relevant information. 

• Valid Business License. 

• Company Register Certificate. 

• Audited Certificate (if applicable) 

• Provide the past Working Experience for the past 5 years, between 2020-2024. 

• Provide records of 3 annual turnovers (any years) for the past 5 years, between 2020-2024. 

• Provide a high value of 3 contracts undertaken for the past five years between 2020-2024. 

• Provide 3 contract Performance Certificates between 2020-2024.

The Expressions of Interest for Construction Works must be submitted on or before 19th September 2025, to this email address lao.procurement@undp.org.
