The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP Lao PDR) is supporting around 20 implementing projects under 4 pillars 1) Inclusive Growth and Reduced Inequalities, 2) UXO clearance and risk education, 3) Natural Resources, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction, 4) Effective, Responsive, and Accountable Governance, in Vientiane capital and other provinces. Each year, UNDP Lao PDR provides consulting services including Event Management and Organization, goods, and civil works to the above projects. UNDP Lao PDR, on behalf of UN Agencies in Lao PDR, is planning to launch an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for selecting Service Provider(s) to be UN Long-Term Agreement Contractors to provide services on Event Management and Organization. As a result, we are inviting eligible companies/bidders to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) regarding the provision of the requirements as described below.

Areas of Required Services 

• EOI_003_2025 Event Management and Organization Services including managing and organizing meetings, workshops, conferences, and other events in Vientiane capital and other cities such as Vang Vieng, Luang Prabang, Savannakhet, Pakse.  

Based on this EOI result, qualified companies/bidders will be recorded as UNDP potential supplier list, which will be invited for the actual UNDP tenders in the future. 

Submission Requirements: 

Eligible Companies, Suppliers must submit the following documents: 

• Company profile with organization chart, type of staff, and related experience
• Company Business License.
• Audited Certificate (if applicable)
• Provide record of 3 annual turnovers (any years) for the past 5 years, between 2020-2024.

Submission Deadline: 

The Expressions of Interest for this Event Management and Organization Services must be submitted on or before 30th September 2025, to this email address lao.procurement@undp.org.
