We are pleased to share this collection of documented stories of the voices of Kenyans as they tell the story of UNDP-led Devolution support so far. Devolution remains a priority development agenda with a promise of bringing services closer to the people under the two tier system of national and county governments; Transformational Stories charts the UNDP-led Integrated Support Programme to the Devolution Process in Kenya, implemented by UNDP and UN Women, and supported by DFID, USAID, and the Governments of Norway and Sweden.
