UNDP Kenya has a long-standing partnership with the Government of Japan in enhancing support to Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), resilience building and strengthening government’s capacity at national and county level for conflict and disaster preparedness and response. In partnership with Japan, UNDP is charting new pathways to combat climate change and strengthening the capacity of institutions working to prevent violent extremism in Kenya.
