Funding and delivery

Being an upper middle-income country, Kazakhstan’s cooperation with UNDP is based on the principle of co-financing of the office presence and the programme through established mechanisms. The overall funding for the current country programme comes from the national budget, vertical trust funds, development partners, including international finance institutions, as well as the private sector.

The following graphs show where our funding comes from and how it is spent. Sharing this information is part of UNDP’s commitment to transparency and accountability to our funders, partners, project participants and the public.
