Finland

Requirements

To be eligible to apply to the Finnish JPO Programme, candidates must:

  • Have a master's degree and at least two years of relevant working experience.
  • Be fluent in English, Finnish or Swedish and have knowledge of another official UN language.
  • Be no more than 32 years of age.
  • Have Finnish citizenship.
  • Part of education and work experience completed in Finland is considered as an advantage.

Vacancies are usually announced throughout the calendar year by the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and posted on the UNDP JPO Service Centre website for those vacancies managed by the JPOSC.
