Guinea Bissau Country Office´s communications strategy is based on the central aspect of our CPD which is the empowerment and interconnectivity of agents of change. These include specifically youth and women as a main target of all UNDP interventions in the country. The communications strategy goes further into detail on how this is materialized with specific thought leadership products, building a gender-sensitive learning community in the office, enhance systems approach with gender issues linking different dimensions of our work and promote both a more open and safe organizational culture and forge diverse partnership networks.
