The Regional Programme Document (RPD) for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), 2022-2025 is informed by and aligned with the directions of change outlined in the UNDP Strategic Plan 2022-2025.

Guided by UNDP’s regionality principles and focused on regional public goods and common development challenges that are best addressed regionally or sub-regionally, the regional programme also takes into account the development consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic since 2020.
