The Regional Programme Document (RPD) for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), 2026–2029 is guided by the UNDP Strategic Plan 2026-2029.

The regional programme adapts UNDP's Strategic Plan to regional development priorities and challenges, in a context that is predominantly middle-income, with many economies anchored by EU accession/approximation and exposed to overlapping shocks.
