The UNDP Bangladesh Youth Engagement Strategy (2025–2030) provides a roadmap to empower young people as partners and leaders in development, not just beneficiaries. It focuses on two main pillars: civic engagement and inclusive, sustainable economic development, with strong attention to climate resilience, governance, digital access, gender equality, and inclusion of marginalized youth. The strategy aims to strengthen youth participation in decision-making, improve skills and entrepreneurship opportunities, build partnerships, and institutionalize youth-responsive systems across UNDP programming in Bangladesh.
