The report sets out ten priorities to accelerate the African Blue Economy Strategy (ABES) implementation in the 2025-2029 period, anchored in stronger blue governance, blended finance, robust blue accounting and data, inclusive livelihoods, regional integration through AfCFTA, and resilience-building anchored in healthy ecosystems.
