Conducted by the African Development Bank, the Lake Chad Basin Commission (LCBC), and UNDP through its Sahel Resilience Project supported by Sweden, the JALUFRA assessment provides an in-depth analysis of fragility drivers and resilience capacities in the Lake Chad Basin. Based on community consultations and regional workshops, the report informed the revision of the LCBC’s Regional Strategy for Stabilization, Recovery and Resilience.
